The PARTITA is a wonderful unaccompanied work by Johann Sebastian Bach written, in all likelihood, for the transverse flute, though that is by no means certain. In fact, there is an earlier version of the "Allemande" for a keyboard or stringed instrument.
Originally in the key of A minor, tenor trombonists will find that this version in D minor puts the piece in an excellent range. Bass trombonists may prefer to transpose to G minor by reading in bass clef, adding one flat, and remembering to adjust the B-sharps and B-naturals.
